Contract form
Orders placed on the renaudgravure.com and plaque-funeraire.fr websites, once received by our customer service team, commit the customer to completing the order and its payment.

Guarantees
RENAUD GRAVURE guarantees the best possible quality with respect to everything that it supplies.
Any non-conformity claim must be sent in writing within 7 days of receiving your order.

The right to cancel as defined by the Law of 25 August 2001 is not applicable to goods that have been personalised or manufactured according to the buyer's specifications.
Precise reasons must be indicated in the claim and this must be accompanied with a copy of the delivery note. Photos are displayed as reference only with the aim of guiding customers in their choices. The colour of natural or hand-crafted materials can vary according to manufacture; the samples shown can only serve as a means of reference for judging, over larger surface areas, differences in grain and colour, as well as distinctive natural features such as: knots, fossilised shells, geodes, strata, crystalline veins, spots and streaks which may naturally appear on the supplied merchandise. The samples shown define the materials in terms of their origin and their general hue but do not imply the specific colour, crystallisation, veining or pattern of material used for the order.

Delivery
RENAUD GRAVURE orders are delivered by couriers. The delivery times indicated are those of our subcontractors (most frequently TNT) and a delay does not give the buyer the right to cancel the order, to refuse delivery of the merchandise or to claim damages and interest. RENAUD GRAVURE cannot be held responsible for any transportation delays once the ordered item has been handed over to the delivery service (La Poste (French Post Office), courier, Chronopost express shipping etc.)
RENAUD GRAVURE is released from its obligation to deliver in the event of any unforeseeable circumstances or cases of force majeure. As a guide, partial or total strikes, floods, fires and non-payment are considered to be cases of force majeure.
In order to protect their rights, clients are responsible for unpacking their delivery immediately upon receipt in the presence of the delivery person, as the indication "sous réserve de déballage" (subject to inspection) has no legal value. If they detect a problem with the delivered parcel or see that it has been damaged, this must be written down on the delivery note. No claim relating to transportation will be accepted if this condition is not fulfilled.
The transfer of ownership of the delivered products or those due to be delivered is suspended until full payment has been made by the client; this does not affect the transfer of risks.

Prices
RENAUD GRAVURE prices are subject to change at any time. As a result, any purchase order printed from this site is only valid for 30 days from the date it was issued. If this period is exceeded and the order has not been confirmed, the order can only be honoured according to the new conditions.
Payment of orders is payable in advance, for the total of the order, in one instalment.
Upon receipt of payment by cheque, RENAUD GRAVURE reserves the right to carry out all authorised checks to ensure that the payment is valid. In the event of non-payment, the order is null and void.

Right to cancellation
The right to cancel within a period of 7 days as defined by the Law of 25 August 2001 is not applicable to goods that have been personalised or manufactured according to the buyer's specifications.

Protection of personal data
All data entrusted to us are given so that we may process your orders. They will not be communicated to other organisations. In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties, RENAUD GRAVURE must give you the right to access, consult, modify, amend and delete any data you have communicated to it.

Disputes
The placing of any order signifies the client's acceptance, without any restriction, of the RENAUD GRAVURE General Conditions of Sale which prevail over all other conditions. You acknowledge having read and accepted these conditions, irrevocably, fully and without reserve, by clicking on the acceptance page when reserving or placing your order.
Any conflict relating to the sale will be subject to French law before the Commercial Court of ANGERS. If any difference should appear between the translation of the French version and another version, only the French version will be considered binding.
